5. Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- with authorised school staff who need it for their role;
- with service providers that host our data, deliver notifications or provide crash reporting (for example Google Firebase / Google Cloud), who may process data only on our instructions;
- when required by law, court order or a lawful request from a government authority;
- to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the school or the public.
6. Children’s privacy
Because the App is used in a school, some users are minors. Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to review, correct or ask for deletion of their child’s information.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised personnel. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. We keep personal data for as long as the account is active or as needed for school records and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights and choices
- Access, correct or update your information by contacting the school office or us at the email below.
- Withdraw consent or request deletion of your data, subject to records the school must legally retain.
- Turn off push notifications in your device settings at any time.
